Happy Graduation

This week, we are creating "happy" cards for the Free 4 All challenge at SCS. I used new IO products to make my Happy Graduation card. I ink-blended vibrant colors using the new Circles Stencil. The sentiment on the card comes from the Graduation Sayings set, and I added a Graduation Hat to complete the look. The die set includes two sizes of hats, and for this card, I used the small one. I also used the Crazy Stitched Set and the Rounded Rectangle Layers.

Spring Things - Day 2 IO April Release Hop

Welcome to day two of the Impression Obsession April Release!

Today is the second day of the Impression Obsession April Release. For my first card, I combined the Butterfly Garden Sayings and Let's Chat stamp sets. The flower images from the Let's Chat set were stamped randomly, and I used a sentiment from the Butterfly Garden Sayings stamp set. Additionally, I fussy cut a butterfly to complete the design.

Next, it's graduation time! 2023 was our last big graduation celebration, however, I had fun making this card for my stash.  The 3-step Layered Confetti stencil set makes this card especially fun. This stencil set will be used often for celebration cards! I also used the new easy-to-use Graduation Hats die set and the Graduation Sayings to complete the design.  

Lastly, I am featuring the new Script Celebrate! This word die will bring a smile to every recipient! I  used papers from the Basic Plaids pack and the Warm Watercolors.

Savor Every Moment - IO April Release Hop

Hello everyone!  Impression Obsession has a fantastic April Release!  I will jump right into it but check out the hop details below!

The sweet Baby Elephant is new this month. The elephant image is adorable, and I love the coordinating Baby Elephant die set.  I used the new Circles Stencil that fits the Petite Scalloped Circles for the background. My color choices were inspired by the colors and patterns in style when my children were babies. I used the dark plaid from the Basic Plaids Paper Pack for layering.

Still feeling in a circle mood, I made this card featuring the new Inverted Scalloped Circle and the Enjoy Life stamp set.  I used Classic Pooh Paper for the top layer, then created a scene inside the circle with the Clouds Grass Scene Stencil. Finally, I fussy cut the bird and placed it on the Bare Branch Die set to finish the scene.

Also, new this month are three different honeycomb stencils and a cute Sweet as Honey Stamp set. For this project, the Honeycomb stencil was used to create the background. Next, the Sweet as Honey Die set was used to die-cut the adorable honey jars, which were then placed on the Heart Shelf. 

The new stamps, stencils, and papers offer endless possibilities for crafting.

Hello, this week at the Free 4 All Challenge we are adding Five Dots!  These can be enamel dots, sequins, hand-drawn, stamped, gems, pearls, etc. I went old-school and used a hole punch. I distressed a piece of cardstock in a beautiful wine color and then die-cut the word Cheers and the wine from the Wine Glasses set. Finally, I hole-punched some dots to match the wine perfectly.

Pop the Bubbly for IO Team Favorites

 "Pop the Bubbly" is a fun sentiment and included in the Wine Sayings stamp set.  This is a sweet set for celebrations regardless of whether you celebrate with non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages! We enjoyed delicious sparkling grape juice in fancy glasses last Christmas. 

 I love the delicious feeling I get when I watercolor so I had a lovely time coloring these glasses from the Wine Sayings set.
